Technicians, fabricators, electricians, and makers who have done the work at a high level. We start with Automotive, Metalwork & Fabrication, Solar & Battery Systems, and Robotics & Mechatronics. More crafts as we grow.
Run a shop that trains
Lead a bay on real, paying jobs. Guide learners, sign off their skills task by task, and hold the standard: slow is fine, sloppy is not.
Build something that lasts
